CPT Christopher Scott Hulbert Bracelet
Chris was born on November 29th, 1984 in Pittsburgh, PA to Gregory Hulbert and Sharon Salley. He was residing in San Diego, CA with his wife, Ronelle Nichole Hulbert, of which they married on October 3rd 2015 in Antigua. He served his country in the United States Air Force as a Captain, beginning in November 2008. During his time in the United States Air Force, Chris deployed to Germany, Africa, Afghanistan, and most recently in Kuwait. Chris received various honors in the military to include, two Joint Service Commendation Medals, Air Force Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal, and an Air Force Achievement Medal.
Chris had a passion for reading and would often spend his time sitting at a bookstore with a coffee reading his books and people watching. He also wanted to learn everything he could in life, he had so much curiosity about education, cultures, and people. He received two Master’s degree, one from the University of South Carolina in Public Administration and the University of Oklahoma in Interdisciplinary Studies. Chris was known for his sense of humor, infectious smile, and wanting to make everyone laugh. He and his wife had a French Bulldog, Logan, of which Chris loved tremendously.
Chris is survived by his wife, Ronelle, his grandmother Mary Ellen, his father Gregory, his step-mother MaryAnn, his two brothers Justin and Jared, his mother Sharon Salley, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
