CPT Dennis Lloyd Pintor, 30, was killed on Oct. 12, 2004, when an improvised explosive went off in the roadside while he was riding in a lead vehicle of a convoy. On Oct. 11th, he e-mailed the Lima News asking for help to give the Iraqi children school supplies, and he died the next day. His last wish was to help Iraqi children.

He had been stationed in Iraq since March, 2004 with Company B, 20th Engineer Battalion from Fort Hood.

Proceeds from the CPT Dennis L. Pintor bracelet will be donated to Allen County Veterans in his memory.
